Return and Exchange

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you need assistance with your purchase, we're always happy to help!
  • Most regular-price products can be returned within 30 calendar days from the original fulfillment date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.
  • We accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges.
  • Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the products: customized items, handmade items, small accessories, bracelets, rings, mystery items, and all on-sale items.
  • If you receive a wrong product, damaged/defective item, missing item, or product as not described, please get in touch with us at contact@fete.global, and we will assist you with your inquiry as soon as possible. To speed up the process, please provide us with the following information:
      • Your name
      • Your order number
      • Photo or video showing the issues with the item

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns of
    • Handmade items, ie. Stained-glass items.
    • Jewelry and small accessories.
    • ON-SALE items, clearance items, or gift cards.
  • Customized products cannot be modified, canceled, or returned once the order has been placed.
  • We cannot accept returns that have been worn or washed.
  • We cannot accept returns If you did not issue a return/refund request within 30 calendar days from the original shipping date.

Exchanges

  • We only accept products with manufacturing defects or damages caused by shipping for exchange.
  • We only accept unworn and unwashed products for exchange.
  • Shipping time for your exchanged product will vary according to where you live and the shipping method you use to return the item.

Refunds

  • We only accept products with manufacturing defects or damages caused by shipping for returns.
  • We only accept unworn and unwashed products for returns.
  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note that a 6% processing fee will be deducted from the original payment if the return request gets approved.
  • Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund. Please get in touch with your credit card company and bank if you haven’t received a refund yet. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if your order has not been processed at the warehouse.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, and we can accept exchanges or returns for damaged or defective goods only.
