Once your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation email, normally your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.
At Fete, we deliver every package. To serve our customers globally, we use multiple dynamic shipping methods to reduce unpredictability and provide the best possible delivery options. Our preferred carrier partners are selected based on their reliability, speed, and cost-effectiveness. Depending on the shipping destination, we may utilize a combination of carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your order. We apologize for the delay in updating the tracking system sometimes.

Order Tracking
Fulfillment
We ship and track every order. Please note that once an order is marked as fulfilled, it has already left our warehouse and is in the possession of our carrier partners, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website or through our carrier partner's website.
Delayed Update
While we make every effort to provide accurate and timely updates on the status of your order, there may be instances where the tracking information does not update immediately. This can be due to delays in the carrier's system or during customs processing, which can add additional time to the delivery process. Sometimes, the package may be in transit directly to your nearest USPS(Or other local carriers) distribution center for final mile delivery, which may not have updated the tracking information until the package reaches the distribution center.
International Customs Delay
In some international shipping cases, customs processing may take several days or even weeks to clear. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your patience while the carrier partners work to clear any delays.

Pre-Order Products
The expected shipping date for Pre-order products will be noted on each product page, subject to reasonable manufacturing and/or delivery delays.
Once we have the Pre-Ordered items in stock, we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, your order will arrive in multiple shipments.
Wrong Address Policy
Please carefully review all the details at checkout before completing your order. Unfortunately, if the order has left the warehouse, there is little we can do at that point. If you notice that you entered the wrong address once you place the order, please email us at contact@fete.us with the correct shipping address as soon as possible.
The shipment has not yet left the facility:
We could edit your address if your email is received before your package is shipped. Please be advised that updating your information will cause shipping delays.

Delivered to the incorrect address provided:
Please get in touch with your local carrier to see if they can assist you with your package.
Packages was returned to us due to an insufficient address, such as a missing unit number:
In the instance that ONLY your package is returned to our warehouse, we will be able to send the package to your correct address. Before resending the package, we will issue an invoice to cover the full re-shipping cost.
If you'd prefer to pick up the package at the local carrier's station like a postal service office, please do so as soon as the parcel shows up in the local carrier's tracking system. If you are unable to collect your shipment on time, it may be returned or destroyed, and there is nothing we help.
